1 Killed, 2 Injured in Grand Prairie Crash

A fatal car crash occurred on Friday morning in Grand Prairie resulting in the death of one person and injuries to two others. The incident took place on South Belt Line Road near Lone Star Park.

The police department has stated that the accident happened when a vehicle traveling southbound on South Belt Line Road collided with another vehicle heading northbound. The impact was so severe that it caused both vehicles to spin out of control.

First responders arrived at the scene shortly after receiving reports of the collision. Unfortunately, they were unable to save one individual who died instantly upon impact.

Two other individuals involved in the crash suffered serious injuries and were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

The identities of those involved have not yet been released by authorities as they are still notifying next-of-kin.

Police officials have indicated that an investigation into the cause of this tragic accident is currently underway. At this time, it remains unclear whether any charges will be filed against either driver involved in the collision.
