As the countdown to the Reach For The Sky ladder match at ROH Supercard of Honor continues, Michael Bennett has shared his thoughts on his preparation for the upcoming four-way tag team fight. In a clip filmed ahead of the event, Bennett expressed his mindset and confidence in winning.
"I'm feeling great," said Bennett. "I think this is going to be one hell of a match. It's going to be physical, it's going to be brutal, but I'm ready for it."
Bennett will be joined by three other teams in this high-flying showdown where competitors will climb ladders and retrieve objects suspended above the ring. The winners will earn an opportunity at a future shot at the ROH World Tag Team Championships.
Bennett added that he and his partner Matt Taven have been working hard to ensure they come out victorious: "We've been training like crazy for this moment. We're not just looking to win; we're looking to dominate."
The former Ring of Honor tag team champion acknowledged that there are no guarantees in wrestling but promised fans an exciting show.
"Anything can happen," said Bennett. "But what I can guarantee is that you're going see four teams give everything they have, lay it all on the line, and put on one hell of a show for everybody watching."
ROH Supercard of Honor takes place on April 10th from Lakeland Florida with limited tickets available due to Covid-19 restrictions. Fans worldwide can catch all action live via pay-per-view or streaming services.
