A house located in Franklin Lakes, Bergen County has sold for an impressive $3.1 million, making it one of the most expensive real estate sales in the area between March 20 and March 27. The single-family residence at 159 Allendale Road, Saddle River spans a total of 4,544 square-feet and was built back in 1955 with a living area of only 1,873 square feet.

Across Ocean County's real estate market from March 20 to March 27th the highest-selling home was located in Seaside Heights selling for $4.2 million as well as other completed deals such as a single-family residence on Club Drive averaging around $497k.

Essex County also had its share of high-end property transfers including a Montclair-based home selling at an astounding price tag exceeding over three million dollars while Morris Township saw their top sale come through Morristown with its new owner paying up close to two million dollars.
