Meanwhile, developments in drone warfare continue to shape conflicts around the world. In Ukraine specifically, drones have become integral since Russia's invasion one year ago. Both sides are playing "cat and mouse" to see who can come up with the best technology and tactics.
Ukraine has gained an advantage from drones compared to Russia as they have acted instantaneously based on real-time intelligence gathered by UAV data. They've managed to destroy columns of tanks and armoured vehicles as well as multiple launch rocket systems.
Turkey has sold several batches of Bayraktar TB2 drones which were previously deployed against Russian-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine. This drone is equipped with cameras along with up to four laser-guided bombs making it effective for almost 24 hours while flying at 6.5 metres long weighing up to 650 kilograms.
As entrepreneurs look for new opportunities across Europe, governments battle over meat production laws or luxury properties – others still engage in deadly conflicts that leverage cutting-edge military tech like drones – all highlighted here at Forbes’ The Memo newsletter.
