Eric Trump reveals fellow plane passengers hugged him after father's indictment

Eric Trump, the son of former President Donald Trump, has opened up about how his fellow plane passengers reacted to the news of his father's indictment. In an interview with a news outlet, Eric revealed that he was on a commercial flight when he heard the news and that people came up to hug him.

He said, "I was on a plane coming back from Miami and I had no idea what was going on. People were literally coming up to me and hugging me. It was amazing."

Eric's sister Ivanka also made a statement in response to their father’s indictment. She expressed her pain not only for her father but also for her country.

Since Thursday when news broke about Donald Trump's indictment, his children have spoken out in support of him while many Republicans are calling it "third-world prosecutorial misconduct." However, Eric called it "a mockery" of our legal system.

The former president is facing charges related to tax evasion and fraud in connection with his business dealings. He has denied any wrongdoing and said that this is just another example of political persecution against him.

As per sources close to the family, they remain united in their support for their patriarch despite these allegations.

The case is still ongoing so we will have to wait and see how it plays out in court over the coming months.
