A 1,981-square-foot house built in 1963 has been sold for $1.8 million in San Jose, California. The property boasts four bedrooms, two baths, a garage, and two parking spaces. Other houses that were recently sold close by include a 2,132-square foot home on Stacia Drive in San Francisco and a 2.340-square feet home on Husted Avenue back in September.

In Trenton, New Jersey the most expensive real estate sale between March 20th and March 27th was a house that sold for $454,000 at 111 Dayton Street with new owners taking over the property with an average price per square foot of $160k. In nearby Ewing Township another home was purchased at $317k making it the most expensive purchase during this time frame.

Woodbridge area had one of its homes sell for just under seven hundred thousand dollars at $688k while Fords saw the sale of a single-family residence at an average price of just over four hundred nine thousand dollars.

In California's Lakewood neighborhood a single-family home measuring almost two-thousand square feet took top billing as being the most expensive real estate transaction between March 20th through to March 27th when it was bought out for one point six million dollars.
