A house located at 7781 Timber Canyon Court in Ada sold for $920,000 making it one of the highest-priced real estate sales between April 3 and April 10 within Kent County. The property had an average price per square foot of $317,184. Additionally, a condominium at 5453 Clemwood Court in Ada fetched $582,900; built-in 2003 with a living area of 2,530 square feet.
In Ottawa County's Marne region came another high-priced sale with a residence selling for $910,000. Built-in 1981 with a living space measuring up to 2,052 square feet; this property had an average price per square foot listed at $223.
Ann Arbor saw its own share of luxury home sales during the same period – topping Washtenaw County's list was a house on Snyder Avenue which new owners purchased at an average price per square foot ending up to be around $233. In total there were reportedly about sixty-one recorded real estate transactions throughout that week alone.
Kalamazoo County also experienced significant activity within their local housing market when an impressive single-family home sold for approximately eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850k) recently; boasting an average value per sq ft estimated to be roughly around two hundred sixty-one thousand six hundred sixty-nine dollars ($261k).
