The week ending April 14 saw the top 10 most expensive residential sales recorded from Guilford, Forsyth, Alamance, Randolph, and Davidson counties. Additionally, significant real estate transactions were reported in Morris Plains and Toms River (New Jersey), as well as East Orange and Wayne.

Notably, a house in Morris Plains sold for $780,000 on April 10-17 marking the most expensive real estate sale in Parsippany-Troy Hills.
