A house in Toms River has been named the most expensive real estate sale in the area between April 17 and April 24. The property at 23 Disney Drive was sold for a total purchase price of $999,995 with an average price per square foot of $287. There were a total of 44 real estate sales recorded during this period.
John Roberts, a local real estate expert commented on the sale: "The market is booming right now and we're seeing some incredible prices being fetched for properties."
In Vineland, a house at 532 Mayfair Street topped its list as it sold for $645,000. This single-family residence spans over an area of 1,068 square feet with an average price per square foot amounting to $197.
Lakewood's most expensive property sale between April 17-24 was that of a single-family residence located at160 Delaware Trail which was valued at around $1.4 million.
Ewing witnessed one of its priciest transactions when a house built back in1886 was sold for approximately $452100; while Perth Amboy had another notable deal where the residence situated on351 Summit Avenue went up to nearly$775000.
Real estate agent Linda Johnson spoke about these recent sales: "It's fascinating how diverse our communities are within this region - each having their own unique appeal that drives demand."
Other significant deals include the sale of houses at1015 Orchard RoadinVinland ($295000)and5 Deerchase Lane,Lakewoods($262500).
Data from Propmix suggests that there is no signof slowdown insales activity across these regionsas buyers continue to snap up propertiesat record-breakingprices.
