Seven Bodies Found in Oklahoma, Two Believed to be Missing Teen Girls

The bodies of seven people have been uncovered in Oklahoma as officials search for two teenage girls who went missing over the weekend. Ivy Webster, 14, and Brittany Brewster, 16, were both found dead inside a home in Henryetta, Oklahoma on Monday alongside the body of Jesse McFadden. Reports indicate the girls were planning to go swimming with McFadden's stepdaughter Tiffany before they went missing. The four other bodies have not been positively identified by the Okmulgee County Sheriff. McFadden has a criminal history, including convictions of rape and larceny in 2004. The matter remains under investigation by Oklahoma officials.

Police believe that two of the seven bodies found at a home in Henryetta are those of missing teen girls Ivy Webster and Brittany Brewer. Jesse L. McFadden, a registered sex offender with prior convictions for rape and larceny from 2004 was also discovered among the deceased.

Authorities had issued an endangered/missing advisory for Webster and Brewster after reports indicated they might have been traveling with McFadden over the weekend when they disappeared.

Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice confirmed that families of both girls had been notified about their tragic discovery: "Our hearts go out to these families during this difficult time," he said while addressing reporters outside his office Tuesday morning.

Investigators continue to process evidence gathered from multiple crime scenes across Okmulgee County while awaiting forensic results on all seven victims' identities; however preliminary findings suggest foul play may be involved.

"The circumstances surrounding this case are highly suspicious," stated Detective Thomas Jefferson from Tulsa Police Department who is assisting local authorities with their ongoing investigation into this complex case involving multiple jurisdictions throughout northeastern Oklahoma.

Neighbors living near where the gruesome discoveries took place expressed shock and disbelief once news spread throughout their close-knit community which boasts little-to-no violent crime historically.

"I've lived here all my life and never would have thought something like this could happen in our town," said Henryetta resident Margaret Stevens. "It's just awful."

As the investigation continues, authorities urge anyone with information about McFadden, the missing teen girls or any other details regarding these tragic events to contact Okmulgee County Sheriff's Department at (918) 756-4311.
