Unofficial Primary Election Results Announced for Summit, Lorain, Medina, and Geauga Counties

The respective Boards of Elections in Summit County, Lorain County, Medina County, and Geauga County have announced unofficial election results for the May 2, 2023 primary elections. Race results in unopposed contests and additional information can be found on each county's Board of Elections website.

In Summit County, the unofficial primary election results were released by the Summit County Board of Elections. "These preliminary numbers are subject to change as we continue to review and verify all ballots," explained Jane Smithson, Director of the Summit County Board of Elections.

Similarly in Lorain County, the unofficial election outcomes have been announced by their local board. John Thompson Jr., Chairperson for the Lorain County Board of Elections stated that they will be diligently working towards certifying these preliminary numbers.
