The representative called upon government officials at all levels – federal, state, local – along with community members throughout America itself -to join forces collectively working towards eradicating factors like untreated psychiatric disorders or rampant substance abuse-related problems within society overall so future tragedies might potentially be avoided altogether moving forward into upcoming years ahead
