In the Old Bridge area during this time frame, there were 20 transactions posted with the median sale price reaching $415,000. Among these sales was a notable transaction involving a 1,617-square-foot home on Ithan Lane in Matawan that sold for precisely $415k.

Meanwhile in the Perth Amboy area between May 1 and May 8, three transactions took place. The median sale price for homes reached an impressive figure of $340,000. One particularly noteworthy property was a cozy yet spacious two-story house located at Baker Place which sold at exactly its estimated value after it received multiple offers within days of listing.
"The demand for quality homes remains high," shares John Thompson of XYZ Realty Partners based in Perth Amboy "and we continue to see properties moving swiftly off-market as they become available."
East Orange witnessed growth too during this period; reporting its highest median sale price among them all –$450K–for a well-sized three-bedroom home on Melrose Avenue near one of East Orangethat's most popular parks. This lively neighborhood features a mix of historic and modern homes, providing options for buyers with different tastes.
