In the Bayonne area, there were a total of 58 transactions reported during this period. The median sale for this region was a 1,574-square-foot home on Kelly Parkway that sold for $509,000.
John Smithson, a local realtor who specializes in Bayonne properties commented on the recent uptick in sales: "We've been seeing an increased interest from buyers looking to settle down in this charming community with its excellent amenities."
Meanwhile, the North Bergen area saw a total of 39 transactions posted during the same time frame. The median sale for North Bergen was a slightly smaller home at just under 1200 square feet located on Boulevard that went for $480,000.
Local homeowner Maria Rodriguez expressed her excitement about moving into her new North Bergen property: "I'm thrilled to be part of such an up-and-coming neighborhood – it truly feels like we're making an investment not only financially but also socially as we integrate ourselves into our new surroundings."
In contrast to these bustling markets is Hamilton which experienced fewer sales but larger homes overall within its boundaries; during this period there were several notable purchases including one standout - Sheffield Road property spanning over two thousand seven hundred square feet selling at $338,803.
The quieter town known as Vineland had similar numbers when compared against most other regions covered here; however still managed impressive figures regarding both quantity (with numerous deals closed) as well size-wise due largely part thanks mainly go towards popular demand amongst potential clients.
