A former employee of Rudy Giuliani, Noelle Dunphy, has filed a lawsuit accusing the ex-mayor of New York City and personal lawyer to Donald Trump of sexual assault, harassment, unpaid wages, discriminatory remarks, and offering to sell presidential pardons for $2 million each.
